I worked with Andries on Alcoa's expansion projects in Brazil, where he was responsible for build responsive business process support infrastructure and system integration between Alcoa and Hatch. Andries was a very focused and organized professional, always brings creative and applicable solutions. Andries has a great interpersonal relationship with stakeholders in Brazil and together we performed a consistent job streamlining the processes and achieving the goals. It has been such a pleasure to meet and to work with him.
I have worked with Andries at the BC Section of AACEI where he held the role of secretary in our local directorship. Andries was an good team member and brought excellent ideas to the table. I was fortunate to work with Andries as part of the management team in the Hatch Vancouver office.
